    What is the method of delivery? 

    • Doorstep Delivery. We despatch your order using third-party courier service, you will receive 1-2 working days later upon despatch. 

    What is the delivery timing like? 

    • If you have selected Doorstep Delivery, delivery will be between 10am-10pm depending on the courier. As for office addresses, the courier will deliver during office hours. 

    Where is the location for self pickup? 

    • Self Pickup will be at Postal Code 541305. For customer who opted for this will receive a pickup notification sent to their contact information (email/SMS) depending which you have inserted once the order is ready for pickup. 

    What are the pickup timings? 

    • Pickup is scheduled anytime between 10am to 11pm. You will have to arrange via WhatsApp for the specific day and re-arrange if unable to pickup on the scheduled day. 

    Do my parcel have a tracking number? 

    • All parcels have a tracking number, you can kindly trace your parcel on www.easyparcel.com with the tracking number provided to you upon despatch.

    When can I get my order after making payment? 

    • You will receive your order 2-4 working days including delivery upon placing order. 1-2 working days if you opted for pick-up. For more urgent orders, do contact us on WhatsApp at +65 8950-8831 or email us shopficklesg@gmail.com. 

    Do you accept urgent orders? 

    • We do, depending on the current orders on hand. Reach out to us on Whatsapp +65 8950-8831. Rest assured, we will not accept urgent orders if we are not confident in fulfilling in time. 

    Do you accept bulk orders? Is there a discounted rates? 

    • Yes, we accept bulk orders. Kindly email us at shopficklesg@gmail.com or Whatsapp +65 8950-8831 to enquiry.

    What happens if my order was damaged during shipment? 

    • All orders are packed promptly with bubble wrapped. In an unlikely event that the product is damaged during shipment, kindly take a few snapshots and Whatsapp to +65 8950-8831 or email shopficklesg@gmail.com. Our staffs will attend to the matter ASAP. 

    Can I do an exchange or refund after placing an order? 

    • Due to the nature of customise goods, we are unable to do an exchange or a refund. Kindly ensure that selections of products, quantities, font, font colour and text for item is correct before submitting your order.

    Can I make amendments to my order? 

    • No changes can be made once orders are submitted.
